Some people agree strongly with banned of smoking in public place, they argue that this protects the society. Other disagrees, believing that the people are free to decide where smoking. Technology now provides advanced warnings about earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tornados, hurricanes, flooding, and even knowledge of impending severe thunderstorms. However the technology has affected the way individuals communicate, learn, and think, because it helps define society and determines how one interacts with others on a daily basis. Based on the foregoing, it is the question that if the technology is for the Hunan be a help or a threat to life.

Although many inventions have helped us and made our lives easier they have also caused some problems. For example, with the invention of the car came problems such as air pollution.
